one instead of the other Amon Amarth shots just cause noone
else has! ;oP

Of course you've captured the _perfect_ metal pose! But the cool
thing about this shot is the fact that he's singing while flashing the
horns! Most of the time when people on stage go \,,/ they're just
posing while waiting for their next part of singing or riffing ¦oP

Then there's the fact that this is almost completely like a straight
line! There's only him in the shot and he's stretching from the
bottom to the top of the shot ;o)

And not only did you capture the right moment when it comes to
his pose, but you also got great lighting! Love the way he's lit up,
almost like a god. AND! His arm + hand is lit up too! I hate it when
I get great poses like this captured only to later discover that the
arm is hiding in the shadows because the light changed the
moment I pushed the camera button ¦oP

It's a good pose alright and I'm glad/lucky I got it. But I thought it was let down a bit by the lighting. Had there been a little more fog to block out the background and a little more light, it would be great! But I'm glad that you think otherwise! I thought it was a good pose too and had to put it up!

I agree on the background, though I like the white lines.
They're a nice contrast to his vertical pose ;o)

Green light is always hard to capture, that's why this one
is so good. I like how he's lit up with yellow, cause here
in Oslo they usually use red on the subject if the
background is green ¦o/ So... yay for this one! ¦o)

I had some nice chocolate in Oslo last July! Blue or green wrapper with cows on the front. Very nice!

I agree with the green light... It can lead to nasty overexposures in parts of the shots. Stage fog is really helpful at gigs as it catches light and makes surroundings a bit brighter whatever colour it is. There just aren't enough venues here with a good stage setup
